As the firm’s head of tax, Fernando Pascowitch is widely recognized for his work in indirect taxation of industrial and commercial activities and has extensive experience in direct tax matters. He has advised domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries and has played an active role in significant transactions within the Brazilian business landscape.
He holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper).
Prior to co-founding the firm, he was an associate at leading law firms such as Veirano Advogados and Souza Cescon. His practice covers tax planning, tax advisory, and tax litigation.
