Álvaro Ribeiro Dias

Álvaro Ribeiro Dias is a Brazilian attorney with solid experience in criminal law and criminal procedure, serving as of counsel to the firm in matters related to corporate criminal law, criminal litigation and defense strategies in investigations and criminal proceedings.

He graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo School of Law (USP) in 1992. He later completed a specialization in Jury Trial Practice at the Escola Paulista de Direito (1996) and a specialization in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Escola Superior do Ministério Público (2000).

In 2002, he obtained an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center in the United States, further developing his academic background in international and comparative legal systems.

Throughout his career, he has worked on complex criminal matters, including cases involving corporate and economic criminal law, as well as the development of defense strategies in criminal proceedings and jury trials.

At the firm, he contributes to the analysis and handling of cases involving criminal implications and assists in the definition of legal strategies in sensitive matters.
